  • It's what I do! It's who I am!
Quotes like this from Smart stick out too me,

?It kind of reminds me of how the Celtic Pride is,? Smart said on Monday. ?You have a lot of great players that sacrifice their egos and their own self to do one thing and that?s to help the team win? [Celtic Pride is] to play for the name on the front of the jersey and not on the back.?

While that seems like a cliche, I'm so thankful that I saw a Celtics team that truly played like it. Garnett brought that back and as a fan in my mid 20s I always heard about it but was yet to see it.

I also think that the culture KG brought back is still here and that shows with Smart's comments.

So basically....thank you KG

That is all :)

At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

After KG is done playing they need to bring him in as a coach of some kind.

Like an attitude coach. Where you learn selflessness, sacrifice, hard work, team first, and hate who ever isn't wearing the same color jersey as you.

KG and Bird will always be my favorite basketball players. In any era.

I was watching those awful T wolves games caused I loved KGs  game .....pure delight to watch , he was a monster on both ends of the court .

So even when the Celtics sucked and I was down about that , I was die hard KG fan .
