Emily Austen = yes. Also, nice Sully, if you wanna lose weight for real... CARDIO. Weights keep u solid, but you wanna lose the layer of fat, run and be active.

This is obvious eye-candy scripted TV for the lowest common denominator.

I just hope he's out running 2-3 miles a day whether outside, on the treadmill or the elliptical just cardio up, Sully.
