3 years/18M for Deng. He is now an @LAClippers #Clippers

Quite a bargain for the Clips.  Good get.

Holy crap. Of all the guys, Deng was numbero uno for the 'Im gonna get paid' list. Cleveland must've been incredibly demoralizing.

Edit: Oh, fake account. Makes so much more sense.

Sorry about that.  He got Spears, too.

The Boston Celtics were first team to call restricted free agent Isaiah Thomas when free agency started, per source. Danny Ainge called.

Kyrie Irving has come to terms.

Line of teams chasing Kyle Lowry so long that Raptors now said to be weighing whether to offer fifth year to Lowry to clinch his re-signing

Blazers, Grizzlies, Bulls, Mavericks, Rockets ... teams I'm told called tonight to register interest in Brooklyn's Paul Pierce BESIDES Clips

Clippers, I'm told, believe they have real chance of stealing Paul Pierce away from Nets now that Jason Kidd no longer coaching in Brooklyn

Nets are limited by what they can pay to keep Livingston after all that luxury tax they paid. Bound to struggle to re-sign him at this rate

Sacramento, Charlotte, Minnesota, Orlando and the champs from San Antonio all calling, I'm told, about Brooklyn free agent Shaun Livingston

===

Livingston saved their butts.  With him and Blatche and PP all possibly gone the BKN picks go up in value.

That is interesting. Pierce more likely to leave now that Kidd is gone.

I have a hard time seeing Pierce leave Garnett though(since he is returning) since it was pierce who convinced Garnett to accept the trade to the nets

it's a toughie for Pierce, reunite with Doc or stay for KG

reunite with Doc for a chance to compete for another chip or stay for KG and be a 1st or 2nd round exit

Gortat is reportedly close to signing a fully-guaranteed five-year deal with Washington.  The report says he had an offer from one other team.

Excellent news. Did not want to see BOS saddled with Gortat's big payday.

up and coming team, good choice, but if Bos offered him 5 mil for 5 years, I'd pull that trigger

I agree. Great news for the "don't cripple ourselves with long term contracts to make us a little bit less mediocre" fans out there

Wow, so quick. That makes me think it's got to be 12 million per year, if not more.
