Thats interesting...or vice versa. Anytime your injured your body compensates for that....sometimes just compensating can hurt some people pretty bad

Thats interesting...or vice versa. Anytime your injured your body compensates for that....sometimes just compensating can hurt some people pretty bad

I kept pulling/tearing my muscle around my L4-L5 for years and nobody (specialist) could figure out what was causing it to occur over and over again. Finally, it was determined that an old foot injury from high school caused my left hip to slide out ever so slightly to compensate for a partially collapsed arch in my foot. The muscle runs from the hip to the spine. Just food for thought since it's crazy how much alignment can throw the rest of your body off.
