?just thinking out loud on a beautiful Sunday afternoon (Happy father's day)

-I really hope San Antone finishes off the finals tonight so we can get the offseason started

-I predict the Celts make 2 big moves on draft night.
Deal Sully, Bass, Green, Bogans and our 2014 1st rounder and Brooklyn 2016 1st rounder for Love, Martin and Brewer.

-I also predict the Celts will land Larry Sanders by dealing our trade exception, Vitor Faverani and a future 2nd rounder. Celts then resign Pierce with the MLE to be our 6th man and we return to being a top 3 team in the East. (starting lineup is Rondo, Martin, Brewer, Love and Sanders.)

-I think a Melo S/T to Miami for a Bosh S/T to New York makes too much sense. Miami gets another volume scorer with Lebron and I actually think the Knicks could be even better with Bosh and Chandler in the front court.

-I think the Cavs and Sixers make a draft night trade. Cavs deal Tristan Thompson and the no 1pick to Philly for the no 3 pick and Thaddeus Young. Sixers end up with Wiggins, Cavs end up with Embiid and the Bucks will draft Jabari Parker.

-A few outside the box non-Celtics trades

-Houston deals Lin and Asik to Brooklyn for Deron Williams

-Indiana deals Hibbert and George Hill to Denver for Ty Lawson and Javale McGee

-OKC deals Perkins and Reggie Jackson and a future 1st to Charlotte for Biyombo, Gerald Henderson.

-Lakers also return to relevance. They sign and trade Gasol and Nash to Phoenix for Frye and Bledsoe. The Lakers also sign Gortat.

The Love and Sanders trades can't happen on Draft Night if the Celtics end up back over the LT threshold.

Can't happen: as a luxury taxpayer, Knicks cannot trade for players via a sign and trade. They can S&T Melo out of New York, though.

Why would Cleveland make that deal? I don't understand.

Ah, okay. Didn't know that. Admittedly, I am a bit behind on the NBA's salary cap structure.

To answer your last question: I was doing some reading online and kinda put 2 and 2 together.
I think the Sixers really want Wiggins and vice versa. Also, I think the Cavs really want Embiid. But, Milwaukee could get in Philly's way of landing Wiggins and Wiggins doesn't want to go to Milwaukee. So, Cleveland and Philly kinda help each other out. Also, the Sixers return the favor by dealing an expiring contract in Young to Cleveland while having enough space to absorb Thompson's contract.

I'll admit, this sounds really out there (lol)

But, read the link and tweet below

My sources say the Cavs doctors cleared Embiid. Only reason to leak intel is to try to get him to slip by the Bucks if Cavs swap w/ Philly.
