Not a good game, so far. Italy up to their ..."professional" best. Many small, tactical fouls. Unfortunately, also very disjointed on offense. It's obvious Balotelli and Immobile don't know each other's movement very well. I like what I've seen from Cavani. It will be up to the coaches to make the necessary adjustments at halftime.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I'd love to see Cassano in there instead of one of Balotelli or Immobile.

Oh no! Italy??

Hard to see Italy getting a goal now. Down a man with a red card. Taken both their strikers off.

Wow. Also not surprised after all their tries.
I moved the cheese.

Yup.

Ugly game, lots of deliberate fouling and diving. Then playing to draw pretty clearly after the first parts of the first half.

Can't say I'm sorry that Italy is likely going out after the way they've played this game.

None of you saw Suarez biting Chiellini? He's a disgrace. I hope someone cleans his clock in a few minutes.

Saw it after the fact online, didn't see it live.

I don't hate that many people I don't know personally. But Suarez and Alex Rodriguez are definitely on that list.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

Wow, I'd say a deserved win for Uruguay. I'm usually a fan of Coach Prandelli, but this one is probably on him. I love Cavani's workrate, and the uruguayan defense was excellent.

Surely Suarez has to be suspended for rest of tournament for that.

Yes, certainly, but let's not pretend this was the reason Italy lost.

Just saw the replay of that bite.

That was Tyson-eque.  Blatantly obvious.
