To Boston: Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Love

To New York: Jeff Green, Kelly Olynyk, Joel Anthony (waive), Keith Bogans (waive), #6 pick

To Minnesota: Jared Sullinger, Brandon Bass, Jerryd Bayless, Vitor Faverani, #17 pick, 2015 Brooklyn, 2015 LA Clippers, 2017 Brooklyn

To Houston: Trade exception, Philly 2015 pick (top 14 protected => 2nd rounder)

That's basically "Sullinger, expiring deals, and 4x 1st round picks for Love" and "Green, Olynyk, cap room, and the #6 pick for Melo" and "Trade exception and high 2nd rounder for Asik, small chance of it being a lottery pick".

Rondo
Bradley
Melo
Love
Asik
(Wallace, Pressey, Humphries)

Now we just need 4 GMs to cooperate =)!

That's the ultimate dream team right there.  That is the team I want.  That is banner 18 without a doubt.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my

That, and somehow circumvent the CBA restrictions that prevent Carmelo Anthony, Joel Anthony, and Jerryd Bayless from being traded on Draft Night, as well as the Celtics from exceeding the luxury tax in this current year. Trade can't happen until July, if at all.

But kudos on getting something to work in the Trade Machine.

The Trade Machine never lies!

(But yes, there are more technical reasons that this one is hard... I just found it interesting that the pieces aren't that hard to line up, especially considering the Houston involvement was gratuitous)

I don't know about #6 being a non-starter for Minnesota. They'll be taking the best offer, and Sully + 4 1st rounders + $$ savings will be hard to beat (heck we could make it 5). Granted they'll push for it and probably get it.

I would not want that in a million years thats like sacrificing all the hordes of picks that the celtics stashed and cashing it for a couple of stars that will only win for a while.

If we get Love wait a year when a lot of stars are in free agency and let them come to us. If we want this to work for a while we have to leave some draft picks for support to the stars. I am all for Love and Asik. but carmelo is 30. If we wait a year we can get maybe Durant in free agency, who has not won in okc and wants a win. Or we could sacrifice like 3 picks for the 1 overall and get Embiid. You could have a starting line up of

Rondo
Bradley
green
Love
Embiid

this assuming sully, bass  and 3 first rounders and  2 second rounders.
I would rather have this because this is a young team that gets only better.
the oldest player would be rondo at 28
zach lavine-jeremy lin-tyus jones
jeremy lamb-tyshen prince-Andre miller
will barton- beljina-
Kevin love-kevin garnet-payne
Karl anthoney Towns-JJ hickson

Sully has minimal trade value.  Those picks have minimal trade value.  It's like offering ten 2nd round picks... teams would rather have quality over quantity.  If we are getting Love, we'd have to give up the #6 + many other assets.

But maybe you have  it a little backwards.  If Melo says he's desperate to play in Boston, you can probably get him without giving up #6 since he's an unrestricted free agent and could just leave the Knicks with nothing.  So re-work your idea to give #6 to the TImberwolves and the bundle of middling picks to New York... makes more sense that way :)
