OKC and Celtics trade idea

To OKC: Rondo, 17th pick
To Celtics: Reggie Jackson, Steven Adams, Perkins, 29th pick

Lineup

C-   Adams
PF - KO/Sully
SF - Gordon
SG - Green
PG - Jackson

29th pick - Hairston

Jackson has stated recently he wants to be a starter.  OKC needs to add another piece to get to the next level.   Rondo can take care of the ball better at the pg spot and Westbrook can switch over to playing the SG position. 

The Celtics get a westbrook jr. in Jackson and a tough/athletic up and coming center in Adams.  Perkins will likely be traded or waived

Imo this is good looking lineup if the team decides to take the full rebuilding path. Making the 8th place as soon as next season wouldn't be out of the question

Kevin Love would be alot less interested in coming without Rondo... Just look how happy he was today lol!

There is no guarantee he is coming.   I think on draft night when we don't get love, the city needs to monitor the bridges a little tighter

I don't see a Rondo/Westbrook backcourt working. Both like the ball in their hands; neither are very dangerous without it.

Not to mention the huge hole at C in the OKC lineup post-trade.

It's also a pretty weak return for Rondo and the #17.
