Yes, the Lakers were super excited when then got Howard too. How'd that work?

Your point? You can say that with any team that got a player and it didn't work out.

Yeah, I'm not one of the super Love supporters here but this thought process doesn't make any sense. Apples and oranges.

Boston has to be one of the greatest Cities in the Country. Glad Love is visiting, I am sure he will be bowled over by the city.

Lets close this deal!!!!

So I'd imagine there may actually be a lot brewing behind the scenes. Players don't usually visit Boston just to check it out unless they plan on signing here (or being traded.)

Safe bet Love is getting moved on draft night.

There always has to be "that guy", doesn't there?

Because love can walk in a year if he chooses!! Everyone says we can't get a lot for Rondo because teams don't want a one year rental but no one is worried about that with Love, really??

Dude, who cares???

It's not like whatever the Celts have to give up to get Love is going to be irreplaceable.

I won't be that guy if you can convince me we will have Love for more than a year.

Yeah exactly. I mean, it's not like Boston a city with so many attractions that he would come down here
"just to check it out."

If someone is going sight seeing, I wouldn't think Boston would be first on that list.

For a 25 year old with millions in the bank? Yeah, sorry. I like Boston just fine but no, I don't think so. 25 year old history majors? Sure! Kevin Love's of the world? In mid-late spring before the weather is even very nice? sorry, but no. It hasn't been a vacation destination for him before he demanded out of Minnesota. Why would it be now?

He's here because there's a good chance he gets traded here.

Would rather trade players than picks; but perhaps the 17th pick can get us a back up PG. Still need rim protection! Think there are more players in this draft that you can build around than on the current roster. With our two picks we are guaranteed to get two strong contributors. Gordon could end up being huge. Not as wild about Saric, Randle and Volneh. Exum is another story. Like our options at 17 between Napier, Ennis, LaVine a lot more.
