This idea is to trade for Drummond, then take Randle or Vonleh at #6 and build around our front court.

Rondo, Sullinger, Future Nets pick to Detroit for Drummond, Jerebko, Billups, Bynum. We throw in Johnson or Pressey to make room on roster.

Here is where Sacto comes in.  To put the icing on the cake for Detroit, we send them green, they send Jennings to Sacto, Sacto sends pick #8 to Detroit and sends us one of their bad PF contracts like Thompson.

Sacto trades an overpaid player they don't need for a starting point guard, is that worth the 8th pick?  We give them the protected Philly pick or something too?

Detroit could resign Monroe, and start him with Rondo , Williams, Green, Smith.  Sullinger off the bench.  They could draft a SF with the 8th pick.

We would have Drummond, Olynyk, and Vonleh up front.  No SF, so Wallace at SF for now, Bradley and whoever we pick at #17 at guard.  Would be shooting for the lottery for next year to get a SF but in 2 years we should be strong enough up front to start winning.

Detroit is going to build around Drummond.  They aren't trading him.  They already have two power forwards and a point guard, by the way.
