This is going to really hurt OKC. Not only is Ibaka one of the most feared shot blockers in the game but his improved jump shot made OKC a nightmare to defend, just ask Zach Randolph and Blake Griffin.

I hope the young fella can get healthy because he's really fun to watch.

OKC still has the speed to give San Antonio some problems but I think we're primed to see another Miami-San Antonio finals. Hopefully the Spurs can get some redemption after blowing it last year.

Wow.  This sucks.

I hate that for another year we have to wonder what might have been if OKC had all their key guys healthy for their entire playoff run.

Strangely enough, Simmons wrote an article about something like this possibly happening. OKC can't win without Ibaka. OKC were a team after 2012 that looked like perennial Finals participants.

Wow, tough break for OCK. I guess Duncan's Spurs get another shot at Miami in the finals after blowing the championship last year. I just can't see Indiana or OKC advancing now. Steven Adams and PJ3 each have some nice skills, but neither of them are anywhere near good enough to fill in for Ibaka in the playoffs.

Wooooow. What terrible news. Two years in a row for the Thunder injury bug....

Spurs in the finals then. [dang]. One less team that can oust the Heat.

Don't sleep on Adams and Collison filling right in they still have a shot against the Spurs, no Ibaka hurts a bit but they still have Westbrook and Durant last time I checked

yea, but look at it this way, there was no way that the Heat would have to go through both of those teams, so maybe the Spurs can be well rested and prepared now.

That sounds familiar! 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. We could have maybe 4-peated.

Another clear path for Miami.   ::)

Clear path? The Spurs had them beaten last year and totally blew it in game 6, Miami was done. They weren't going to play both OKC and the Spurs, so out of those two, I know the Spurs can beat them in a 7 game series, I don't think OKC can, with or without Ibaka.

After his strong performance in Game 6 I was thinking about how Collison was going to need to come up big in the Spurs series.  Double that now, I guess.

Not unless a freak injury happens to Chris Bosh, Ray Allen, or Mario Chalmers...
