I felt there was no way that the second round could match the intensity of the first round, the first two games on so far prove this point. If this continues the first round may be a curse because it will make the second round look little league.

How does an NBA team go down by 20 points at home in the second round of the playoffs??? OK City really blows.

By the way, if the Thunder trade Westbrook that will be the biggest mistake they would have made up that point, and they will have a hard time topping that.

I will go out on a limb and say, if the Thunder trade Westbrook, he will win a championship before Durant ever does.

Can't put that much importance on Game 1.  I think it's likely that both OKC and LAC will have huge scoring halves in this series.  These two teams have a lot of weapons and neither is exactly a defensive juggernaut.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Yeah, Paul is red hot from 3-point land. OKC haven't really played that bad.

Agreed. Its best out of 7, this is one game (that's not even over yet, btw). Momentum is fickle like that.

Even with that said, OKC really needs to move on from Scott Brooks.

It does seem like the Clippers are ready to ride the momentum of overcoming everything that happened last week. What an odd situation it'd be if they reach the Finals. Even though he's technically "banned," Sterling is still the owner of the team!

He says after the Thunder blew out the Grizzlies with Z-Bo and a healthy Mike Conley in Memphis in Game 6.

Aren't you being a little presumptuous, OP? The second round has just begun.

3rd round should be pretty good, though.

SAS vs. LAC
Nets/Miami vs. D.C.

If the finals consist of SAS or LAC vs. the Wizards, it might make us pine for the second round
