I think it's funny that after all the scrutiny surrounding Indiana, they still make it to the ECF and probably in better shape then when they started the Playoffs.

I'd say that has more to do with how bad the East is than anything. Is Indiana going to all of a sudden become a good offensive team? I just don't see them beating Miami regardless of HCA.

I can see the Pacers getting blown out three times but winning four close games.

Yeah, I doubt they would have survived against any Western team, including Phoenix. But they usually make things difficult for Miami. I don't think they will though.

It's amazing OKC are still in this game.

Oh my goodness, that charge Durant took on Blake.  Unreal.  You never see MVPs sacrifice for the charge.  Not like that.

I haven't been watching the game, but this sounds extremely sarcastic

Totally serious.  It was an impressive charge that Durant took.  You don't expect a guy like Durant to make that play.  Not against Blake Griffin with a full head of steam.

Conference Finals rematches.  One from two years ago, another from last year.

Should be good.

Think we're in for a Finals rematch (from last year).

OKC vs IND would be cool though.  Really cool.

CLIPPERS DONE...

I guess the front running Doc Rivers still needs Garnett and Pierce to win him a championship.

The simple truth is that the Clippers aren't good enough.  If Golden State's starting center wasn't out with an injury, the Clips probably don't make it out of the first round.  Paul is great but Griffin is only a great offensive player who is still not on Durant's level.  Jordan is horribly limited and is a non-factor almost as much as he's a force.  Barnes is a mediocre vet on the downslope of his career and Reddick can shoot but is otherwise no more than above average.  Crawford is one dimensional and the rest if the bench is run of the mill.  I don't think they can run this team back and expect better results.

  • GOT IT!!!
Clippers need to change it up. It's a team full of scorers that don't play defense. I could see Pierce rejoining Doc but I'm not sure that makes them any better. They need someone to at least throw on Durant. CP3 isn't the defender he was once either.

Let's be honest, it was really Alvin Gentry that blew it.

And after all these years...CP3 fails to make it past the second-round, AGAIN.
