Jabari Parker should stay in College. He is not ready for the NBA.
out of all prospects, hes the most ready. the NBA has better coaches and trainers

I disagree. Jabari Parker is in lousy shape, has horrid defensive fundamentals (in both man and team defensive scenarios), coasts far too often (on both ends of the court) and is soft / weak competitor. He is going to get whooped in the NBA.

If he ends up in a good situation team-wise, the NBA is a better place for him to develop.
If he ends up in a bad situation team-wise, Parker's career could be Beasley-esque bust.

Jabari Parker has a very good situation at Duke and a great mentor in Coach K. I think there is a lot less risk staying there than heading to the NBA.

As a Duke fan, I'd be thrilled to have him back.  He's as ready for the NBA as any top pick, though.  I do think coming back, and getting to play next to Jahil Okafor will do wonder for his defensive perception.  He played out of position the entire season due to Duke's terribly put together roster, which had not one solitary legit starting level big.

Parker is definitely not a soft/weak competitor, the rest I can't say I disagree with.

I didn't say that so well. Describe what I meant. I mean. It's large part the tweener thing.

At SF, too slow to defend on perimeter.
At PF, as a combo forward / undersized big, he doesn't have enough fight in him (defense + rebounding). He needs to show more desire, work rate and determination to be effective when battling bigger interior players. Parker doesn't play with that fight. That battling spirit. Too soft to play PF in the NBA now or in the future without a serious change in character.

That really worries me about his capacity to play the PF in the NBA and worried about the SF position because of his lack of speed. Tweener.

Risky pick.
