Trade Brandon Bass, Keith Bogans, Joel Anthony, Jared Sullinger, 2016 BKN Nets pick, 2018 BKN Nets pick for Kevin Love: http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=l9f5mos

Quick reasoning: Bass and Anthony are expirings next year (for 2015). They can do whatever they please with Bogans; my guess is they'll cleanly cut him. Sullinger is an obvious inclusion, as are the potentially lotto-destined draft picks.

Trade Kris Humphries and 2015 Clips pick for Omer Asik (S&T... thoughts on Hump's chances of getting at least $8 mil annually from Houston?): http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=m7akdt7

Say we get the 3-6 pick in the draft and select Dante Exum. Then with pick 17-20 we grab Cleanthony Early.

Re-sign Jerryd Bayless, guarantee Chris Johnson, sign Andray Blatche, sign Jimmer Fredette.

Rajon Rondo... Jerryd Bayless/Phil Pressey
Dante Exum... Chris Johnson/Jimmer Fredette
Jeff Green... Cleanthony Early/Gerald Wallace
Kevin Love... Kelly Olynyk/[Gerald Wallace]
Omer Asik... Andray Blatche/Vitor Faverani/Colton Iverson

Underlined represents potential playoff rotation players. What's the consensus on Jimmer?

That team is stacked. One concern is shooting. Not worried: we have the game's best shooting big, Jeff Green (should see more open shots with that lineup), and Ron Adams (half joking).

Thoughts? I'm assuming the predictions will hinge on Dante Exum.

Draft: 8 first rounders in next 5 years.

Cap space: $24 mil.

I think that team needs a better defender and overall more energetic player at SF to really tie the lineup together.

I'd rather get a guy like Trevor Ariza to replace Green.

Also, Exum better be a really good defender or else a high level scorer right away.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

In general I like the idea,

However....

I think it will be nearly impossible to get Love without trading this years first (Exum)

Say the Love and Asik trades do work.

My preference would be to resign AB instead of Bayless and Blatche. Then move Exum to the 6th man role and sign a vet min big as backup center. I think ABs injurys are driving his value down and long term he would be a better fit with Rondo and Exum.

With the 17th-20th pick I dont mind Early and I know he is getting alot of love around this site but I think their is better value available.

 Draftexpress has
#16 Nik Stauskas,
#17 TJ Warren
#18 Kyle Anderson
#19 Montrzl Harrell
#20 Jerami Grant

If this held true I would take Harrell with the Cs pick. With Sully gone he would be a great pairing off the bench with KO. This pairing would Allowing the bench bigs skill sets to some what mimic their starting teammates. Harrell would also bring much needed athleticism to the front court rotation. Nik Stauskas would also be a great fit with the ability to come in and provide outside shooting as a rookie.

I'll believe Love will go anywhere other than the Lakers when it actually happens. He is ticketed for LA, folks. Whether it's free agency or otherwise.

You should believe that when it happens, too.

If LA's still in terrible shape next season I don't believe that Love goes.

Wow---Keith Bogans would be getting SO many minutes right now, if he had just stuck it out.
