Where Will Bogdan Bogdanovic Be Drafted?

Basketball Insiders has him going late in the second round at #52 in their most recent mock draft.  Draft Express has him going late in the first round at #27.  NBAdraft.net has him going 54th and compares him to Jiri Welsch.  I don't have the ESPN Insider, but Chad Ford's 3.0 mock draft seems to have him going at 30th.

I don't know much about him, but he fits the profile of a player I think the Celtics should look for: a lengthy guy who can defend both wing positions and make perimeter shots.  He also has shot creation and playmaking ability.

Where do you think he will go?  Is he intriguing enough for a team to take him in the first round, as some project?  Will he be a Euro-stash player or will he come to the NBA immediately, and how much does this affect his draft position?  Could he move up even further than the late 20s?
