This is unfortunate because Avery Bradley would probably help us lose more games.

Thats too bad for him.

He REALLY should have accepted that C's extension. Even if he remained healthy this year i was still somewhat skeptical that he would be making much more anyway

definitely hurting his negotiating position for his next contract.  I suspect he'll come cheaper than the MLE at this rate.

I agree $4 Mil seems about right now.

Yep. He'll be lucky to get a Courtney Lee-level contract now.

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
I'm a huge fan of his, but I would rather see him shut down for the year than come back for the last 10 games. However, since he's going to be a free agent after the season he's going to try to finish the year as strong as possible.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Still like AB ...good guy and I think he still got D to lock down most guards WHeN he is healthy.

When he comes back......undoubted he ll be rusty , not be able to practice a jump shot .......so I see his game actually hurting the Celtics for most of the remaining games. .......

If he is not playing his defense , and using energy for offense ...he hurts the team bad if his shot is off....... He does little else on offense to help the team .  Poor passer and finisher .

He helps the team but is not worth the contract he was offered , much less the one he seeks.

I d about soon keep Bayless or Johnson for the cheap

May be time to let him go..."........frankly I would rather have kept Lee than Bradley

I don't think I want him even at that price. Injury prone = undependable.

I feel bad for the kid, he's one of the few that really lays it all out every night.

But this is why I've been saying no way you drop 8 or 9 mill on this kid. He's never played a full season, yet many celticblogers jump down my throat when I said I wouldn't go over 6 mil just because of this very reason.Kid hasn't gone a full season, and has miss a ton of time.

But now even 6 is a little high. 5 max and he's coming off the bench. We need to find a reliable starter in the next couple seasons.
