Quote from: D.o.s. on March 02, 2014, 03:51:27 PMSo I take it the answer is "yes, I was too young to watch Chris Webber." It's worse than that, you have to be old enough to have seen Webber with good knees.

You seem to be almost consistently incorrect in your analysis, and deaf to the numerous posters on this blog who try to help you understand why what you're saying doesn't make much, if any, sense. He constantly refuses to see evidences (stats, etc) disproving his claims in multiple threads he started. I think triboy is in his early 20s, around 16-17 when the 2008 celts won the championship, so yes he is much too young to have watched chris webber.what?? lol how do you know i'm not older than you. I don't understand why people don't concentrate on the topic instead of going off board. If you don't agree you don't agree. I don't have to agree if i don't either. i hope you understand how this place works

I thought boards like this were places where people could exchange ideas and information.
Quote from: Donoghus on February 27, 2014, 11:46:48 AMCeltics don't need another PF.The next PF they get if they're going to address the position is move Sully and parts out the door for Love.Otherwise, the Celtics have more pressing issues. Namely C & an offensive, take control SF.sure but you always take the best player available, especially when you have a high pick in the draft. If Randle is the bpa, you have to take him.

I think this guy is set up to be a huge disappointment in the NBA, akin to Sheldon Williams a few years back. He will get killed inside, and has no outside game.
I don't know why Webber's name is being thrown around in this thread, but if we draft Randle and he turns out to be the second coming of Webber, I'll be very happy. Don't see it happening though, lol

Don't see it happening though, lolWhen someone brings up a power forward that "has crazy handles and can go coast-to-coast with ease," isn't Webber the first name that comes to your mind?I mean, if we're being loose with "crazy handles", we could talk about Sir Charles, I suppose.
