According to Yahoo sports, the Clips are frontrunners to sign Danny Granger...my question is, how are they signing all these players with a full roster...They sign Big Baby, now maybe Granger
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

They traded away Jamison and Mullens at the deadline, opening roster spots.

Clips could use him most. It would be a good fit.

Not much downside for the Clippers on that move.  Potentially a very nice weapon for them if he hits any sort of stride down the stretch.  At worst (and more likely) he's an average backup forward who can space the floor.

Still, good pickup.

Ugh. Nice get if it's true. At least it's not Mia. Clips have a strong team. I wish OKC found a way to get him.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Miami is most likely going to sign Caron Butler. In a back up role, both are going to give you similar production.

Yea but Mia getting him would mean more to the players on Ind. Could have been bad for their psyche. They are like brothers and didn't like the trade (said they understood it as one would say). I don't think Granger would do it anyway, for that reason alone but who knows, to win a chip people will do anything.

Granger hasn't looked like he is able to help anybody nowadays. The Clippers have good depth at SF with Jared Dudley, Matt Barnes, Hedo Turkoglu and Reggie Bullock. I don't expect Granger will be able to beat out any of those guys for minutes.

I wonder if his future is more at the PF spot than at SF. Injuries seem to have taken some of his quickness, agility and explosiveness away. He might fare better offensively against slower less capable (on the perimeter) defenders.

Granger had some good minutes at PF a few years ago for Indiana. His shooting and scoring was a real matchup problem and he could defend a decent number of opponents (enough to find him minutes as a backup PF). Not the matchup problem he was then but his shooting should still provide a benefit for his team.

Since the Clippers big man depth is so bad, Granger @ PF might be an option worth pursuing.
