It will not happen. Only acceptable if its before passing mid court. But those are last second fluky shots vs real attempts

Court size change. Thumbs up. Four point shot? Should go in the throw out pile.

It would probably make more sense just to eliminate the corner three, though.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism

TP to this - it's an awkward shot and kind of kills spacing on defense.

I would kind of be in favor of having a four point shot so that more players would take half and three quarter court shots; rather than dribble and slowly take one after the buzzer because they don't want to ruin their 3pt%.

it's sad that they'll contemplate ideas like this but never consider the glaring issues like the horrible full-time refs they employ.

Kiki Vandeweghe still hasn't seen a shot he didn't like, including a 4.

Agreed.  I don't think the court needs to lengthened, just widened.  Today's athletes can cover so much ground on D, widening the court would really help with spacing.  It would also make the corner three closer distance-wise with a top of the key three.

Only if the refs have to do the walker wiggle to signal to the scorers its a 4.

It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

As someone who hates the three point shot and thinks the NBA should get rid of it, the 4 point shot may actually get me to finally stop watching.

Why do you hate the three?

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I don't like it, why don't they consider adding defense(aka bringing physicality back).
