cant believe they changed up every single event... even the 3 point contest is changed. an entire rack of money balls that can be placed anywhere.
I liked how the skills comp used to be chest pass, bounce pass, chest pass into the rings.  Removing that removed a lot of the skill.  VERY few guys would get all 3 first try, and it was hilarious to see NBA players miss the same one over and over again.

Not only that, but the defender cones were placed in a way that you could basically run straight through them.  They were always set up more like a slalom where guys had to change direction.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Agree with everyone else, the Skills Challenge has less skill involved and the 3-point contest requires less consistency since you can get hot for one rack and win it.

Ben McLemore is ridiculously athletic.

yeah, the skills challenge was pretty weak.  basically a track meet.  not even visually stimulating; nothing that they did to get through the course was very impressive.

going out on a limb here and going to say this dunk contest is going to be horrible.

that freestyle idea. whoever thought that up needs to find a new job. wish miller and smith would've stepped up and acknowledged this.

The battle thing isn't too bad, though.  Instead of just "10 10 10" they have to actually think about which is better.

Felt like there needed to be another round.  Even the announcers thought there was supposed to be another round.  Lol

I'd rank him right behind CP3, healthy Rose, Curry, Lillard. The strides he's been taking is awesome. Love John Wall and would love for this guy to some how run the point for the Celtics.

Why don't they have another round between the eastern conference team? Lame, they should just crown an individual winner.

I was going to say. Instead of voting, hows about a dunk off from the winning team.

Guess there's not enough TV time...?

But man, dat John Wall dunk tho...
