He's rounding up to form. Slowly but surely those points and assists numbers will get some bumps. The 3PT shooting is surprising me, in a very good way.

In fact, if you look at his season per-36 numbers they are pretty close to his pre-injury numbers last year. (These do not incorporate tonight's game):

He's shooting worse from the field, and getting to the line less. Those are both what I'd expect given that he's coming back from a year off and a torn ACL. But he's rebounding better...

It's early yet, of course. But there are promising signs.

Only watched the fourth so can't argue with that seeing how he didn't put up much apart from points.

But his form looks very nice (watching the highlights right now).

It's all coming together.

That's with an average of 26 minutes.

Project Oly's last 2 games over 36 minutes and you have 20 points, 15 rebounds and 3.5 assists.

Bayless had 9 assists tonight.  With how well Rondo has shot over the past 4 games, maybe we should consider playing him at shooting guard.  Dude is money from outside.  We can let Bayless run point.

but wait...wait...Rondo doesn't try hard enough (see other very interesting thread).

seriously though, he seems like he is slowly knocking the rust off.  i am hoping for a full 100% return by training camp in the fall.
