That's fine, pretty sure Rondo passed on them first.

that's fine.  Rondo should focus more on resting up over the summer after leading us to that title in 2016 ;)

Not surprising.  Rondo can't shoot well enough.  They need shooters on team usa.

Not a surprise, he "withdrew" after they decided to cut him over Rose a while ago.

No reason for them to change strategy now, especially with Rondo coming back from an ACL tear.

Agreed, fine with that I'd rather see him rest.

Also, whats wrong with Korver? Great shooter, they could use him.

One Dimensional. Kyle Korver. I'd pick Green.

One Dimensional. Kyle Korver. I'd pick Green.

If they are just looking for a shooter off the bench they made the right choice. You always know what your going to get with Korver and you know from day one how he will fit into your offense.
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

Exactly. I think Korver was a great choice for that. Green is so unpredictable, Korver is very consistent and you know what you're going to get with him.

It's kind fo what hockey is doing... building a 'team' through fitting needs. Not just throwing the best players out there.

  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
Why is anyone disappointed Rondo got passed on?

He didn't fit the system with Coach K, and was disgruntled about the playing time last time.

I liked the players they chose this year, everyone seems to compliment each other.

Carmelo Anthony
LaMarcus Aldridge
Tyson Chandler
Bradley Beal
Stephen Curry
DeMarcus Cousins
Anthony Davis
Andre Drummond
Kevin Durant
Kenneth Faried
James Harden
Paul George
Dwight Howard
Blake Griffin
Andre Iguodala
Gordon Hayward
LeBron James
Kyrie Irving
Kevin Love
Kyle Korver
Chris Paul
David Lee
Derrick Rose
Kawhi Leonard
Russell Westbrook
Damian Lillard
Deron Williams
Klay Thompson
