This thought has been in my mind since last years James on Terry dunk. (I don't think any even -terrible- Celtics fan needs a link)

Terry made a great defensive play and then basically made a Heat assist, however, my question to all you guys is: Do you go up and try to defend (which, IMO Terry, did 100% correct in this particular play.) or just run out of the way for a dunk.

Maybe I'm weird, but I'd rather be dunked on, than run out of the way. This particular play is just 1 of 1000 examples, but in general. Would you rather the Celtics be dunked on or dunked ON?
Every year there are 6-7 teams with a lower winning percentage than our current record. I think we've gotten so used to ignoring the bottom feeders since 2008 that we've forgotten how bad some teams are.

I have never been dunked on,  I was big and could jump so no one ever tried it.  I have often thought what I would have done and I think, I have would pulled a Kevin McHale Rambis Fu move.  If you play the angles well it is almost impossible to pull off a dunk unless your against a LeBron, Dr. J, Jordan or Vince Carter type.

But you have to handle it to guys who stand in there and play D.  A lot of the time the NBA looks rigged when guys let guys dunks or give up on a layup.   I liked it better when teams hated one another.

I'd like to see them go up and try and stop them as hard as the guy who's trying to fly into them.
Peace through Tyranny

When I was like 22, I was dunked on by a High School sophomore at the Dedham Outdoor Courts.

Just though I'd share.
