Green could definitely be the 3rd best player on a championship team.

You put green on OKC again , with a healthy Westbrook, and start him at the two they definitely go to the finals.

You put green on the heat , he would fit at that 3/4 position beautifully.

You put green on Indiana he would clearly start at the 3 and George would play the two and they would possibly break the record for the most wins in a season

You put green on golden state that would make them more of a contender

You put green on any of the contending teams he would be a great 3rd option.

I really don't get the hate for green, it's only because he Is not a bonfired superstar.  If you really think about it though he is not getting paid that much, he's getting paid to be a 3rd option on a good team. Our team doesn't have a 2nd option or even a 1st option. Rondo is a passing point gaurd he's not a scoring option.

Now does this mean i wouldn't trade green? No way, for the right offer I'm down to trade him. But these proprioustrious statements that green is a 7th option or is not a starting player in the nba is a joke. If you watch green when he plays lebron, he gets by lebron, he plays good defense on him, he can score on lebron James. Last time I checked lebron is the best player in the nba in basically every aspect of the game. If you think a player that at times outplays lebron or has the potential to outplay lebron is not a starter then your high.

He's just not a SuperStar

He just went 5 for 15 with zero shots from the stripe and he got blocked (negates his one block) and stripped going right on a critical possession. He was doubled a lot but that's what happens to your primary scorer.  he has bad handles...he's got one handle actually and he scares me everytime he's moving with the ball. Considering his position that's ridiculous. Paul played like he was in molasses but he played smart. Comparing Green to Paul is not fair unless you remember this is Boston and that is who he's replacing and he's not getting it done.

He's gone. I'm excited. I have watched 21 games this season and the guy is depressing to watch. He mopes around and watches Avery jack up 20+ shots...git sum Jeff!!! How many games have you watched? You called somebody "high"..I'll spare the insults since I have already been banned but I would like to know how many games you have watched from buzzer to buzzer?
