Parker, wiggins, embiid, smart, randle, exum are all have the ability to create their own shots.
Coincidently these group of guys are ranked top 6-8 in the upcoming draft. Darkhorse player chris walker who hasnt played a college game yet has the ability also apparently

Not really sure who else have the ability .

Any ncaa basketball experts can name some players  that can, especially in the clutch?

Is James Yong the new Asian sensation?

Jokes aside, James Young comes to mind too. I'm quite high on this kid and have been following him closely. Has all the tools of a 2.
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Not saying draftexpress is always right or he hasnt improved but TJ warrens weakness was inability to create his own shot.

James young hasnt been very good so far. But he is only a freshman. Havent seen him able to really create his own shot. Or create and make it

Smith can. Questions if he can in the nba

Hood can.  Prob thats why he is ranked high on most mock drafts.

Parker, Embiid, Exum and Smart are my favorites from that list. I expect they will all be great players in the league.

Ive seen jerami grant have some ability. But he needs to refine. His moves are raw but hard to stop bc he is so quick and athletic

Garry harrisand hanlan has capability though its hard to project if they can for the nba.

I wish I could see chris walker play. But also maybe not bc he would be drafted too high.

Also Anybody seen elfrid payton play? I think he can

Elfrid payton

We could use a guy like this to help close games. Some good stats too

He's already like Rondo--in shooting FTs and from the 3...

Nik Stauskas of Michigan is incredibly underrated in his ability to create shots for both himself and others.  He's a great spot-up shooter, but when teams run him off the line, he's very good at finding a hole in the defense, whether it's a drive for himself or a pass to a teammate.  He runs the pick-and-roll with aplomb, and has developed very nice step-back 3-pointer when he needs to create space for himself.   He's still a liability on defense, but he's definitely a shot creator.

Right now he's listed as a 2015 prospect, and since it's a deep draft he might have trouble being a first-round lock, but if he plays the next two months like he's played the last ten games, I think he'd be a first-rounder and could leave college.

The most efficient offensive player in college IMO.

Draft express too funny. TJ Warren strength is being able to create his own shot. One of the top and most efficient scores in the country. 22 PPG this year on 51% shooting. 23 plus a game against Missouri, Pitt and Duke.

Led the ACC in shooting percentage last year as a freshman and had second highest FG % of all time in NC State history. 64% from the field in the ACC as a freshman and he takes some tough shots.

Leading scorer at 1# HS team in country at Brewster Academy, which will likely have four NBA first rounders from that team.

I really wonder where they get this stuff.

Its a good move but I dont think ive see  him do any other kind of shots.

In the nba if he doesnt drive once in a while u can just tighten up on him.

In the nba I see stauskas more like a jj reddick. 3 pt specialist more than anything

Not sure. I was channel surfing before and did see him operate vs duke or pitt?. He knows how to play. Really savvy. But imo he is a more excellent team sf vs able to create his own shots. He has a nice one to two dribble then mid jumper like pierce though. And he can finish alot of passes thrown at him. Didnt really see him take it into the hole on his own

Reminds me of matt harpring. Just quietly killing you by the end of the game. But When you really need that last bucket and the defense is tight, im not sure

I have seen TJ play at least 15 times in small gyms against world class 19u players. First noticed  Warren in a game I attended when he got 34 effortless points against Tilton School (Nerlens Noel and Wayne Selden.)

Nothing like Harpring. He is almost 6'9" and is a tough inside out player. Reminds me more of Chuck Person (without the deep threes) or even a bigger Pierce. Obviously not as good as those two at this point, but he can score with anybody. His game and build will translate well to the NBA I think although NC State is a mess. You will say "NO WAY", but I think he is close to Parker. Parker is more explosive, but Warren is more crafty. Good rebounder too.

Assuming you live in Boston area, it is a shame you did not see him play. Brewster won National Championship in 2011-12 and Warren played at least 25 of his games in the general area (mass and NH). With TJ Warren, Semaj Christon, Mitch McGary and Jakarr Sampson Brewster was the best HS team I have ever seen, although Tilton School was close.
