One thing I've always love about the guy is his demeanor.  Cool interview.  I really like his points about being the leader and captain.  He'll get there.  Really glad he's back.

I am too and I think naming him the captain gave him a vote of confidence with the team. I'm glad he said he's not the only leader on that team.
