Can we trade our trade exceptions for "assets" 

Can we combined them with players, picks or both!  Thanks!

You'll need to rephrase the question.

You can't "trade" trade exceptions, and can't combine them with outgoing salary. Can't add a $5 mil player to a $10 mil TE to get a $15 mil player.
