Rondo + Wallace + Bass for 2 expiring contracts, 3 young assets and draft picks.

So something like this?

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=m55qjo7

Morey wanted two first-round picks for Asik.  Maybe Ainge considers upping his offer to the Clippers pick, the protected Philly pick, and a pupu platter of veterans.

We need Wallace to disappear.

But realistically .......it will be Bass and Hump probably for somebody or Jeff Green even.

I think Danny wants Rondo, Young guys under 25 , and draft picks ......the he sorts it all out after the draft in the summer ...see who looks like,NBA talent.

Hope he keeps,Hump...I suspect Hump is being eyeballed by Alot of teams ...he is a quality player .

Green & Bass to Charlotte.

If you couldn't get MKG plus filler, would DC do Otto Porter plus filler?  (Ariza/singleton)

Don't see it -- they have Ariza & Webster, both of whom are better (player & fit, respectively) than Uncle Snooze Button.

Charlotte desperately needs a healthy SF. And they just might be dumb enough to take both guys for a 'playoff push'.

The fact that we have so many power forwards means one of them goes first. Sully is pretty close to untouchable unless we're getting kevin love back.  Bass is the most logical.

I think DA wants to condense the roster.  A few really quality players rather than a lot of so-so players.  He's obviously started clearing roster spots.

I think he'll trade two for one or at most two for two rather than rondo for a bunch of players or two for three players.

Although the Charlotte trade is entirely possible - MKG would be a good target, I still think the most logical is Omer Asik:  With the Rockets front office visiting the Celtics Rockets game the other night, then straight away afterwards dealing Crawford (I know Rondo's coming back - but still)

I think Omer Asik will get traded to the highest bidder - which I think WAS Boston (when the trade got to ownership level then I think it got knocked back (I doubt it was Boston's side of things because Wyc trusts DA) AND I think Boston is still the highest bidder.

Either way, one of our PF's are going.

Yes...

or this:  http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=lh4z8kk

Or this:  http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=myv3568

but it makes less sense.
you have got a real mad-on for trading Rondo.  just nauseating.
It's not that I want to trade Rondo... it's just that it seems very likely he'll be traded.

Why?  You've never really done a very good job explaining your reasoning.

If the best we can get is Kemba or Trey Burke + fodder, I'd happily pass.

Anywho, Bass practically has "Goner" stamped on his forehead.

SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
