Yeah, pretty much.  Frankly, no one on this team should be untradeable assuming you get something good in return.

Why just one?

If the offers are right, trade both.

If the offers are wrong, trade neither.

I say trade both but I'll trade Green first before trading Bass if I had to chose

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would

I don't think there is anyone on the roster that I would trade for pennies on the dollar just for the sake of getting rid of him.

Wallace if really was pennies for the dollars in his contact.

well generally speaking we have bass (with trade value, and signed for 2 more years?) as a pf, at that position we also have hump, sully, ko and even green
small forward we have green and wallace (sort of  :-[  )
if we are trading green we have to be getting a small forward back, unless we really want our eyes to bleed the rest of season

our needs are a true center, quality back up point guard, all star caliber shooting guard

I think they're the two players Ainge would like to trade most right now, knowing he can't trade Wallace. He'll try to mve both.

If we could trade both, I'd be ecstatic as long as the package we get back involves some assets and cap relief.

Neither of those two should be part of the long term plan, IMO.

Well here is what we need, and it in no way answers your question because I haven't done the math, but I'll kind of answer it at the end.

We need to get to a max deal amount under the cap to fit a max free agent, AND still have expiring deals left to then flip for a third player to go along with max player and Rondo.

Green probably has the most upside to be later flipped as an expiring but to be honest most teams picking up expiring deals aren't looking to get better but rather clearing themselves of longer contracts.

That seems like the easiest way to build to me.  We probably won't be able to fill up the team with role players as we have 9 first round picks coming in the next 5 years so that will be a lot of guaranteed money and roster spots.  More than likely we end up trading a few of them.

Yeah because every team is trying to trade their leading scorer who's only the 4th highest paid player on the team. SMH...

We got to trade both. Humphries will be a easy trade

Wallace near impossible, unless he is traded with Rondo.

No urgency to trade AB and Jcraw ,bc they come off the books next year unless you get something nice back

For Bass just like what we got for Lee, at min i would like to get back an expiring contract. Like a Richard Jefferson

For Green a promising young player or buried into the bench former 1st round pick. For example Austin Rivers, reggie bullock, solomon hill + 1st round pick
