Well Marcus Smart pushed a fan tonight. Love the way he plays but he's becoming too much of a problem child for my tastes. Some baggage is there.

Wasn't sure if this was already posted but this site is pretty good about keeping track of the tank status of the C's:

He will hear a lot worse than racial slurs when he is a pro. If he cannot put up that invisible shield and ignore the fans like mature professionals do, his stock will take a dive. Doesn't matter how good you are if you have the possibility of causing a fan/player melee during or after a game, well run teams are going to avoid you like the plague.

Can someone please post the new mock draft by Jeff Goodmann?

It's an insider post.

Scenerio: Jeff Green is no longer with the team. With our 1st pick , we draft a non SF player. With our 2nd 1st if these two SF are avail, which one would you choose?

TJ Warren = poor man version Paul Pierce. As crafty as they come. High iq and good defender. But like Pierce is not the quickest or athletic guys around. Likely won't be able to score the way he has in the NBA.

I been keeping my eye on JMM since his first year. The first two years he has been inconsistent and at times passive. This year , he has played more agressively and more confident in his offensive skills. Already a great defender who can guard multiple positions. A junior but still has upside.

Tyler Ennis has ice in his veins. He nad Fair just willed Syracuse past Pitt. I think all three Syracuse kids will have good careers.

That was one sick shot! Fair hit a couple big shots at the end too. Great game for such a low scoring affair.

Over the last month in ACC conference play, TJ Warren has averaged almost 26 points a game on nearly 60% FG shooting. Those are LeBron numbers, so no, he probably will not score like that in the NBA.

Warren has had 8 ACC conference games in which he has had 20 points or more. Jabari Parker has had 4 games of 20 points or more in ACC play.

TJ Warren has had 30 points or more twice in ACC play and Parker has zero games of 30 points or more in ACC play. Warren has also shot nearly 15% higher FG % than Jabari Parker in ACC play.

So given the fact that TJ Warren is a 6' 8 1/2" small forward who has been a dominate and efficient scorer at every level he has played, why would you think he will be suddenly limited in his ability to score at the NBA level?

Parker is a freshman and will likely be a fine NBA player. He has had some good games. Warren is a sophomore and he has done it pretty much every night. Parker can perhaps jump a little higher and may be a tad quicker, but Warren is simply a more gifted scorer.

Really have not seem McAdoo enough to know how he compares.

He's not a center IMO, we need a rim protector , not another PF masquerading as a center . I want a legit center next to Sully! .

I would still draft him if he is the best player available, but I wouldn't be against trading him either if we can get someone like Noah for him and pieces .

Either way , we need a legit center .

I doubt they are trading Noah. What about Cauley Stein? He's more of a prototypical center would you like him?

I agree we need a legit center, but I think he's closer than anything we have.

Thank you or reading.
