Guess these Celtics players first year numbers

Interestingly enough Player A is Kelly O. And player B is Sullinger in his first year. The huge difference is fg% where Sully just crushes him. Olynyk has taken more shots a game 5.0 to 6.5. And Sully shot around 75% from the line while Olynyk is at an eye popping 96%.

 Not even saying KO will become half the player of my boy Sully. But it's worth noting that he still could get much better.

Here;s the difference. When Sully got hurt his numbers were on the rise and he probably would have ended up with numbers similar to his current career stats now if he didn't get hurt.

Since a fast start, KO's numbers are falling.

So right now, comparing their first season stats makes it appear they were similar players with similar success in their first seasons. When taken into context, its pretty easy to see that Sully was a progressing rookie with bigger things expected(which happened this year even though he was returning from an injury) while Olynyk is a rookie that stared with some decent games to start the year but has regressed as the year has gone on.

I would like to see what both players stats are after both have played 82 games.

KO's biggest problem this year has been fouls. He gets called for some cheap ones, and he has to sit and never get in any good rhythm. The other is he looks to other people and not for his own shot. You know if KG was here he'd be in KO's ear about that, like he was with AB and Sully.

I think thats the biggest lost from the Nets trade is KG's leadership and teaching's of the bigs.

Some times KO doesn't realize who's on him, and were he can get his shot off. Sully still has that issue at times. Sulyy needs to learn the scoop underneath the defenders arm shot, and try not to go over someone like Drummond who's just going to send it back 8 times out of 10.

I think when Rondo comes back, they will work the pick and pop that Rondo and Bass did a couple years ago that made Bass look like a borderline all star.

Ainge has said multiple times that this year is not about making the playoffs, it's about development. I'm sure we will move Bass as he is not going to be our PF of the future, and open up more minutes for KO, Sully, and even Vitor.
