Nope.

Cosign.
triple sign
put melo in the josh smith category
why isn't he better?
i'll take the team play of jeff green, good all around game over the superior scoring of the ball stopping out of shape, poor defending carmelo

I don't think Green is an all around better player than melo, green defends well and has a occasionaly great scoring outburst. Melo doesnt have the defense but hes a far superior rebounder, at the same time hes a much better scorer.

So i guess it depends on what you mean by all around, I think rebounding counts towards being an all around player as well.
probably worded wrong on my part
what i mean is i like the all around play of jeff green, he scores, passes, rebounds and plays good defense
his assist averages aren't good but he doesn't hold the ball like carmelo he moves it quickly keeping the offensive flow going for the team
carmelo is a great scorer, best in nba behind durant i'd say, very good rebounder but he really doesn't seem to do much else and he makes an offense stagnant with his one on one stuff
ny will always look back on his trade as a mistake
key to the knicks is chandler

I mean Jeff Green swings the ball around the perimeter, but by no stretch of the imagination is he a great passer, hes also not that great or even good  rebounder given his size and the amount of minutes he plays. If you can't average over 2 assists and you play over 30 minutes a game you're not a great play maker.
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

I think Danny has a low opinion of Syracuse guys after he threw away Kris Joseph and Fab Melo hence no Carmelo either.

Not saying green is a great passer.  Rondo and Nash are great passers.   Green moves the ball and keeps his teammates involved.  Also his positioning on the court make rebounding  not a highlight.  He's no sully for surre but if you drive to hoop to score or draw fouls the rebounding opportunties are limited.  Likewise if you are set up to shoot threes you DO NOT go for a rebound you cover the man who is breaking to the basket after trying to run you off three point line

I would like Melo on the Celtics but Dolan isn't trading their only superstar to try and rebuild. He is under the impression that it is the Knick's birthright to contend. You will never see them attempt to bottom out and rebuild.

For that matter with Chandler coming back this team could easily get hot still
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Add Purdue University to that list (JJJ and E. Moore)
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;
