That is a great question. I dont think there are gonna be many consistent answers on this one. My guess would be a pick in the 5-9 range in this years draft. Or a current player who is just out of the all star circle.

 He still has upside. I think Charlotte might suspect that he can evolve into a big tony Allen with a bit of kawhi Leonard style energy small forward.

He will likely NEVER be able to score like Leonard.  Tony Allen, maybe.  He will NEVER be the perimeter defender that Tony is even now.  I say that last sentence with confidence.  Tony is quicker than a MUCH YOUNGER MKG is even now.
