With Wade missing a bunch of time the Heat are looking for some extra backcourt depth and are looking at primarily moving Joel Anthony (who hasn't played much).

Obviously if Anthony is what they want to send out they aren't going to get much back so I was thinking why not offer the Heath something like this.

Lee

for

Anthony, Mason Jr. (need some small cash aside from Anthony though Mason can't be traded till Dec. 15)

Boston shaves a year off of Lee, gets another bench guard in Mason and another banger down low in Anthony.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

The Heat's first round pick isn't very valuable.  I'd ask for that in a trade of Anthony for Lee.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

No issue with helping the Heat (we aren't competing for a title anytime soon), but I don't see the point in unloading Lee just to shave a year off that contract.  Lee's deal is reasonable enough give how he's playing where I think we should be able to get SOMETHING back for him beyond a simple salary dump.  Might need his salary spot this summer anyway, if we want to do a sign-and-trade for anyone.

And, I don't see Jo-elle Anthony playing at all ahead of our bigs, nor RMJr.  It's really, I think, downgrading our backup SG spot from Lee to RMJr, in order to pick up an undersized big man we won't play.

x factor is trading lee....
what is happening with bradley?  I don't see bradley or lee as good starting sg but both good guards off bench.  Bradley is up for new contract, if a deal can't be made will ainge move him?  If so then Lee's play will be needed.  I do like the job Lee has been doing in limited minutes lately, very efficient in my eyes.

I think this sums it up pretty well.

I'm not averse to moving Lee, but I'd want something more than Anthony.  Lee has been playing very well and could be very valuable to a contender.

As someone else mentioned, you should be able to get at least their 2014 pick (which probably won't be until the late 20s) as part of the deal and maybe some other consideration as well.
