If he declares and does fall to us at #6 (say behind Wiggins, Parker, Randle, Smart, Embiid), that almost certainly puts Rondo or Bradley on the trade block, right?

Is it wrong to assume Rondo as he's older, can fetch more back in a trade, will be looking for more $ sooner, and we'd seem to get more out of Exum if he's playing PG rather than SG.

Not necessarily. It will be a luxury

Exum has elite drive and finish/drive and passings skills now. With a consistent shot will be very difficult to stop. Penny comparisons look valid (minus pennys ability to shoot the mid range 2)

Exum's shot is actually not bad. He just hasn't showed it off much as he would just get to the ring with ease at all levels he's played at. He isn't amazing but he's alright

One unknown Gm said he would take Exum #1..... I actually watched him play live in Australia and he is absolutely amazing. In my opinion he is the third best prospect (Wiggins and Parker)... Then it goes: #4 Embiid #5 Randle #6 Smart #7 Gordon

If we get exum it wont be as hard to lose ab or rondo. Plus we wouldnt have to overpay

Will there be an ESPN special on his decision as well?
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

Exactly, Rondo is great but I dont know if he's max contract great. I'd rather get someone with similar production at 1/10 of the price.

Trade Rondo for a late lottery pick, get lucky and have that pick sneak into the top 3, are other pick is 4 or 5 pick Parker, Exum, and Willy Cauley Stein... Then trade Jeff green to the cabs for Waiters to clear room for Parker... Boom crazy talented young unit : pg: Dante Exum sg: Dion Waiters sf: Jabari Parker pf: Jared Sullinger c: Willey Cauley-Stein lol jk

I see that kid getting pushed around early in his career for at least a year or two. Looks kinda slight in frame. Seems like a nice complementary piece but not the kind of player with the game or the mentality to take over a game. Maybe I'm reading him wrong but I look at kids like Selden and Young more as guys that will want the big shot with the game on the line.

He is like 1994. Still a kid.  His frame/wingspan/vertical leap though is no joke. Not everyday you see a 6'6 pg passing along.

MCW also has great height/vertical leap/wingspan for a pg, but this kid is a tad quicker and plays with more "swagger/confidence".  Has more skills

For those that dont know him and want to see what the hype is about. Its the aus league, but you can tell how good/potential he has regardless.

He will be a nightmare for guys like chris paul to handle. Just too much size alone

I hear ya but I think I'll take our pg and go after Selden myself. Exum's youth is what concerns me. I think the kid has a lot of growing to do, not just physically(which is obvious) but I think it's gonna take a while before we have any idea what this kid is going to be at the next level. You say he's a pg. I wonder if he's just a 2 guard with solid ballhandling and passing skills for the sg spot but not good enough to really facilitate an offense full-time.

Somehow I doubt Chris Paul is worried.
