I see he played only 9 minutes.

Thanks, guys. Makes sense. And it's a relief that he's not hurt.

Agreed. Steve's doesn't hesitate to pull someone and substitutes freely and well. Of course, not having a star and having roughly equally mediocre players in abundance may be a factor as well.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

What if PP and KG were still here and PP was stinking the court, can Brad pull them out?

I hope so.

Yep, because it's always a good coaching decision to bank on Chris Wilcox and Courtney Lee winning you the game, as opposed to Pierce and Garnett playing better in the second half.

Kidd did it and he said he should have kept them benched  ;D

Just because Garnett and Pierce lost the game doesn't mean that the backups would have won it. You win and lose by your star players. Your best bet at winning is making sure your best players play their best, not yanking them around every game.

Also, Brooklyn's problem seems to be they try to rely too much on two guys who're clearly too old to carry the load. The Nets aren't going to win unless Lopez and Williams are the workhorses on the team -- and this isn't happening, it seems.

I think some nights your starters may not have it and it's going to be the bench that pulls through...but you don't want that to be the norm for the team. KG and PP were not meant to carry a team if that was the case they could have stayed here (if they had that choice).

Yeah, it's too bad for NJ that Williams and Lopez are often injured, but even if they're healthy, I don't see them carrying a team on their back.

Let us not forget the well compensated Joe Johnson.

He isnt carrying anything but a fat wallet lately.

For the OP, Bradley was in early foul trouble and needed to reevaluate his game performance form a seated position while other players less encumbered were on the court.
