Has anyone heard if there is any protection on the Brooklyn-Atlanta pick swap?

My understanding is that the trade to Boston wasn't protected, so I'm just wondering if there's a scenario in which Brooklyn gets a top 3 pick or something and it's protected from Atlanta and so ends up with Boston. ;D
