Tired of Dave Cowens, though.

"Why do they stop the game for blood on the jersey? they don't do it in hockey..."

Gee, it's not like one of the best point guards in the game became infected with a generation-crippling blood borne disease. ::)

Great player? Definitely.

Great thinker? Uh, hmmm.
Yeah he is not made for TV announcing.  His voice is monotone, he says boring stuff.

I predict that Atlanta finally goes on a extensive losing streak after this game.

Spurs beating Cavs 80-44

Kyrie is playing, too.

What's more. Bynum scoring in double digits in 20 minutes. Very unexpected.

I agree,  they have only Horford , who really couldn't 't dominate Sully or Vitor. .........so how are they play against teams with a big inside game......two quick guards , Horford  and Milsap ....not enough .....too small.....

Hawks ....are not deep ,  four good players ..........they will drop like a rock

Sullinger was a big reason we won that game. He kept us afloat for the majority of the midsection of the game and played great defense. I've been more impressed by Sully's play than by Jeff Green & Avery Bradley. AB gets a lot of front rimmed shots and failed fast break attempts. I felt like i felt that block coming as soon as the play developed.

I have a pretty low tolerance for a lot of the people that rotate through the Celtics broadcast staff. Scal was great last year, PJ's done well, and I like Cowens, but he just doesn't work with a play by play like Gorman--If he had someone who could direct a conversation while taking up dead air like a Harlan or a Marv Albert I think he'd have a better time.

Homer as it sounds, after watching a smattering of League Pass games this year, I'm pretty sure Gorman's the best local broadcaster; he does a good job covering the game without over-explaining what you can easily see.

Also, the super calm and relaxed sounding guy from Memphis seems to have been replaced, which is a shame.

if brooklyn continues to stink, we'll get stuck with Atlanta's pick this year.  Tonight was kinda a lose-lose situation from a tanking perspective.  We want Boston to lose as many games as possible, but we also want Atlanta to lose as many games as possible.  But I'll take the win... anything to kick-start Atlanta's downfall.

Or a win-win for those glass half full tanking people.

PJ is bad he looks like he's on cocaine and desperately needs a throat lozenge before he says another word lol

Nice "Team" win!!!

The only glaring negative to this game, and it is something that must be cleaned up because it will cost us quite a few games....Atlanta scored 29 points off of 19 Celtic turnovers. these are the kind of mistakes that you don't realize mean anything until the end of a game that seemed pretty even until you look at the stat sheet to see why you lost!!!
Well, let's see if we can make it two in a row with those Bobcats on Monday.

If we cut turnovers in half , we win easy.  ....I was going nuts watching them throw the ball away , sloppy handling.

Think, this was the best outcome .   We are sure to lose our fair share .......HELPING Hawls lose was. The best deal, and we feel good doing it at the same time... ;)

Hawks were over .500 because of the easy schedule they had I think they are 40 win team.
