Karl Towns Jr is an incredible talent and if the Cs could draft him a year early - I would want them to. Towns is equally athletic than Embiid (maybe slightly less so - he could use some work with a college/professional conditioning coach to maximize his explosiveness) with a far more advanced offensive repertoire. He is a true face up forward/center - which pairs perfectly with a distributing, driving PG like Rondo - who can drive, shoot, or pass. He plays like a small forward in a seven foot center's body. Not to mention he has Olympic experience as an 18 year old with Puerto Rico and will be playing at Kentucky next season. If you want to watch a talented and unique player - watch a Karl Towns Jr mix tape.

Not a big college guy but how does Willy Cauley-Stein look for Kentucky this year?
*CB Miami Heat*

I hope I don't get in trouble for this - I've never posted a link for another website here on CB - but here is Cauley-Stein's stat page.

http://statsheet.com/mcb/players/player/kentucky/willie-cauley-stein

From what I have seen of him, he has really refined his post game. Althought he doesn't have the most fluid or explosive post moves, he seems to have some creativity to get a shot off and has a nice touch around the rim extending out to 5-8 feet or so. I havent seen him utilize a face up game at all. Most of his points come from receiving the ball on the low block with his back to the basket and him taking two steps towards the center of the paint followed by a short hook shot. He has shown the ability to do this proficiently from both sides.  As is often the case with big men in college, his primary role on Kentucky is to protect the rim and hit the boards which he has done well - most notably his rebounding has improved considerably from last year.

I think he is a nice prospect, but one that will be on the outside of the Top 10 come draft day.

Embiid best game so far:

And Smart:

If Embiid could develope his game and show the same quality - he's no brainer.

This is a very quick flip flop but having only seen Embiid play Duke. The above highlights really impressed me. Granted they are highlights but his body control going to the hoop is very impressive. Like others said before a raw 7fter implementing a euro step and finishing with a soft layup?? A few more games and my vote likely changes.

They have a game coming up against New Mexico and there 7' Alex Kirk he is a 18pt 12rb big so that will be an interesting matchup to watch.

I really don't want Aaron Gordon...can't shoot a lick. Just a hyper athletic tweener. I'll pass.
He's shooting 50% from 3 on 1.6 attempts a game
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Considering he is shooting 42% from the free throw line, I'd imagine that he will be regressing soon. Any scouting report will tell you that he has an inconsistent jumper and I think by the end of the season that will prove to be accurate.

One of the closer votes we've had on here, especially given the number of turn-out so far.
