Phil needs a ton of work, confidence , and jump shot , but right now he's the best man for the job until Rondo returns.
I think his ankle maybe still bothering him, and screws his shot accuracy.

I don't think he should be starting at this point but I do think he should be getting a decent amount of minutes.
his effect on the game when he came in last night shows this team isn't a complete disaster if there's someone on the floor that can handle the ball and pass without being a TO-in-waiting.
Crawford has done a better job than AB covering for Rondo but that's setting the bar pretty low. It's looking like Pressey can become the solid backup PG we've needed for years now.
