Wallace is NOT HAPPY about not starting

He can complain all he wants as long as he keeps playing like he did tonight.

He did seem to look really good in that 6th man role playing alongside Olynyk and Sully. Stevens may have something there to work with as a bench crew.

Off topic, Fav looked kinda lost tonight

He really did. He really looked like a rookie tonight.

Fav looked lost against Lopez as well, .....I think the size and ability stuns him.....he isn't used to being out sized  with skilled players.

Fav.....will now have to LEARN his enemies .....how to handle them......sorta like Sully has done better.........

I think Fav was over whelmed  and best to protect his confidence , not let him get killed,    Bringing in Hump was the second best move of Brad.....first was inserting  Pressey at the exact moment .

Thought the first was sending Wallace to the bench. I haven't liked what I have seen with Wallace and Green on the floor together

The first was playing Crawford late in the 4th so finally someone other than Bradley could handle the ball.

The second best move was not playing Fav late in the 4th and playing Sully instead.

That is nice to hear. I think he is right too.

Gerald Wallace should be very effective as a combo forward off the bench. It would be nice to see him get a chance to do it on a contender. Doesn't look like that will happen for him though. Not until his contract is over and maybe by then he is not a difference maker of a bench.

It's ridiculous that he would go to the media to complain about not starting before talking to the coach.

In the pre season I thought he would be a good veteran leader for this team but it seems he is more likely to complain and distract the younger players.

If it's really so difficult for him he can negotiate a buyout and get us out from under his huge contract.

Wallace’s remarks after the game may have been influenced by Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge making a brief appearance in the home locker room at TD Garden. Before reporters could speak to Wallace, Ainge popped his head in, motioned to Wallace and ducked into a side room while Wallace followed.
