 Any useful information of the Lottery is appreciated. Basically if you finish with the worst record you can do no worse than the third pick? Is that correct. And the second worse what is it no worse than fourth? I would like to know the worse case scenario's for each of the five worst teams. Tp's for useful info.

Worst goes top 4
2nd worst goes top 5
3rd worst goes top 6
4th worst goes top 7
5th worst goes top 8 ... and so on down

That wiki link has very good info on NBA lottery. All the percentages for each of the lottery teams depending on where they finish.
