Through 3 Games, Who's Worst?

Are there any teams in the league that look worse than the Celtics right now?  I can't think of one.

The Celtics will, of course, be much, much improved once Rondo returns.  But I'd be surprised if that happens before the new year.

We could have won two games already but instead we are "experimenting" lineups during the season.

It's hard to watch. Very distasteful. I would a accept a loss inspite of trying to win. Losing on purpose is a flat out punch to the gut.

I know the experts pegged PHI as a likely worst team.   I thought after watching us against preseason that we were a worse team.   Rondo will help a lot.   Our ball movement stinks.

I mean I really think it's as simple as that Philly has a legitimate point guard to run that offense and the Celtics have none.

The Celtics have also really lacked a defensive presence inside, despite Vitor's blocks.

Both Washington and the Celtics are winless but I think Washington's looked worse.  At least the Celtics have been in all their games in the 4th.  If they didn't suddenly start committing mindboggling turnovers in the 4th quarter like they were put up under a spell, they could be undefeated.  They might have to go something like 2-19 to give themselves enough room in the race for no.1 before Rondo comes back.  He's going to fix the kindergarten turnovers.

so far after 3 games, there's no one active on this roster that I would say should be on the court at the end of a game. 
that's pretty sad. 

We don't have a guard that should be handling the ball down the stretch of a close game nor do we have a good scorer that can get us points if plays are run for them. 

We're not looking good.  Rondo's return will be a boost and cut the turnover rate but he can only do so much with this roster.

PHI has a real NBA coach. They beat CHI didn't they?  Celts are easily the worst team in the league.  Rondo will help but not a lot.

This is going to be a long decade.

I still think it's looking okay.  As it always has, it depends heavily on when Rondo returns.

Considering our roster and coaching staff is still learing and we're still competing and not get beaten by more than 10points per game, I think we are still looking better than Washington. They are way talented than the celtics. they lost 3 games also and played Detroit. Argument can be made that they played Miami. but all games they gave away more than 100 points. 2 out of the 3 games we played we have not gave away more than 100. and they have Wall and Beal in there.

Well, in the interim though, we need two things badly. A true point guard and we need a center. Til we can either get a legit rebounder and/or a guy who knows what he's doing with the basketball, I think we are in trouble.
