Stat: Assists leading to shooting fouls

I'm playing NBA 2K14 right now and I'm ticked off that Rondo is getting gypped on assists because my array of athletic players is constantly getting fouled. This game always makes me want one set of statistics to exist:

Assists leading to shooting fouls and points off all assists.

Obviously an assist would have to be scored differently, but it could easily be done. I find it to be quite relevant. Any assist leading to a scoring opportunity should be noted. If even just for a telling stat, not to be the be all and end all.

Does it make sense to anybody else? Or does it already exist?

This happens to me in my MyCareer mode. "Pass leading to foul" ain't cuttin it for me

Brad Stevens is keeping track of hockey assists. Probably passes to fouls, too.

Don't care what ESPN or 2KSports thinks of this, though. What matters is wins and good basketball.
