I would LOVE to see the first 3 happen, and I think they're definitely realistic, and work for both teams. I think thats a fair Rondo deal although some may disagree. The Jazz would have Favors and Kanter running the floor with Rondo, with brooks as well. And Sully would be a solid back up. They could grow into a contender somewhat quickly. We would be all set in the Draft, with a lottery pick this year, probably a good pick in 17 and right to swap which could be very helpful in the future. Plus Haywards is a scoring machine. I think teams will be willing to bid high on rondo when he's proven to be as healthy as usual.

I don't think #3 or #4 are particularly realistic, but sign me up.

Sullinger and a draft pick for Faried.
I think Faried will be overpayed. Good player but he will earn big bucks

Do you mean #4 and #5? Either way, I agree wholeheartedly.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I think only #1 is possible, and realistic. All the other ones look like pipe dreams.

3 & 4 are about as realistic as my chances of playing in the NBA tomorrow.

I don't think #4 is realistic at all, #2 may have been more of a possibility if Sacramento still had Evans. Nevertheless, I chose #2 because its slightly less delusional than #4.
2021 Houston Rockets
PG: Kyrie Irving/Patty Mills/Jalen Brunson
SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

Actually, 1 is pretty silly, too.  If you're looking to pry away a useful expiring and the only reliable option behind Hibbert while salary dumping Lee and Green on the Pacers, you'd better be offering up Rondo, too.  Otherwise, this literally makes no sense for the Pacers and makes them worse for no benefit at all.  They don't need to pay Jeff Green to be Paul George's backup, and George isn't going to slide back to the 2 for Green to play the 3.  And Lee and Humphries are just not needed in Indiana.

Agreed.  #1 is the only one that is at all possible.  Granger is just an expiring contract at this point.

The others are silly.  Bradley for McLemore?  Scraps for Kevin Love?  Come on...
