I caught the end of the knicks win in Minnesota. What a sad place to play basketball! The team has a winning record, the arena is half empty, the audio is pumping cheesy wolf howl sound effects even when the wolves are getting blown out in the fourth.

If I am Kevin Love, this is not where I want to play my prime years in the NBA.

Man..George and Hibbert have really struggled since New Year. If those two don't play well, the defense has issues, and if George isn't scoring, the offense struggles a lot. As it has been.

Dont look now, the nets continue to be a real team. They are finally above .500.

20-8 in 2014, with lots of cupcakes left in their schedule.

Looks like that second first rounder is locked into the 17 or 18 spot. Thankfully their might not be enough time for them to catch Toronto and Chicago. Those teams have been playing good ball since the new year too.

Chicago: 21-9

Toronto: 19-11

Man, i do not want Miami to catch them! they need to fall in the playoffs!
They could very well end up with the best overall record....  :(

I don't either. Indy have at this point focused too hard on getting the #1 seed to lose grasp of it now. I don't know, it's not like they need to panic. But their offense really could use some work.

just looking at the stats, Turner looks like hes goign to be a nice upgrade to that teams bench. 13pts, 6rebounds.

Larry Bird has that team stacked...hopefully the added additions on the bench of CJ watson, scola, turner and even possibly Bynum(if he ever plays and can be effective) can be enough to tip the scale in their favor
Depends on if they can score against Miami, their offense hasn't held up as the season has worn on.
iIf Wade can stay healthy and LeBron continues to play like he is now nobody's beating them

meh...Wade and Lebron are not enough to beat this Pacers team. The Heat will need their entire core firing on all cylinders and some luck from Oden or Birdman or both to win their 3rd banner.
well of course Birdmans looked good and Ray and Battier are gonna hit big shots that's without saying it's going to come down to wether or not Wade can turn back the time

All this talk about the Pacers but I loved watching the Bobcats blow them out tonight.

Marcus thornton has really fit in on the nets off the bench huh? looked at his stats. is averaging 13.5ppg on 47% shooting with the nets. vs 8.3ppg on 37% shooting with sacramento.

if KG can get healthy and they keep this up they could be a darkhorse team in the playoffs

Its just been five games, and he's certainly been given the green light to shoot it in BKN. Thorton isn't worth playing if he's not an offensive player with a role.

Still even with the "improvement" its been a rollercoaster.

Awful game
Good Game

Which is 3 more good games than he was managing in SAC. Given his fitness level I doubt he'll keep it up in the end.

Right now, each conference is topped by a 46-15 team (Pacers & Thunder).  What is more ridiculous: that the Pacers have already clinched the playoffs over a month and a half out, or that the Thunder won't for another 3 weeks?

Also crazy: the Grizz could miss the playoffs while being 10-15 games over .500, while the Hawks or Pistons could make it while being 10-15 games under.  We could see a 20+ win/loss difference between the 8th seed in the East and the 9th seed in the West!

Clippers are beating the Lakers 109 - 60 with the entire 4th left to go. Yes, they are a point away from a 50 point lead.

The Lakers are going to get a good pick this year.
