You can't be serious. Asik averaged a double-double, was third in the league in rebounding, and improved both the Rockets' offense (by 1.3 points) and defense (by 6.5 points). He is a solid starter and has already proven he's capable of spearheading a team's defense. Which is why the Rockets aren't just going to let him go to appease him or because of the money they'll have to pay him next year. They know he's a valuable commodity and they will not move him unless they get a great return.
