Argos are more popular than the Raps as far as I have observed. Toronto is not a good sports city unless its ice hockey, even though the Maple Leafs suck.

Anyone think the Raptors will hang their 2013 Preseason Championship banner in the rafters of the Air Canada Center?
Alongside their division champs banners -- which are actually hanging there.

Can I please not hear the word "Wiggins" again for at least another full season?

Seriously sick to death of peole throwing the name around like it's a free dinner coupon.  Firstly the name itself sounds so rediculous that it's impossible to take seriously.  Secondly there is absolutely no evidence to show this guy is going to be anywhere near as good as everybody is insisting once he actually gets to the big leagues.

If we do draft him, and he does play like a superstar - then go ahead.  Until then please stop talking about this guy like he is the bringer of world peace.
We should just talk about Dante Exum instead  ;D

On another completely unrelated note:
If only Kyrie played ball for Australia, with Exum and Bogut that could win the silver medal.

Maybe in a few years when you can add Simmons to that... but Spain is still better right now.

And what's up with Wiggins? The kid, unlike LeBroid, has a personality, is humble and does and says all the right things. I don't think we'll see him in green, and I'd say there's not a lot of Celtic fans rooting for ping-pong balls like in 97 and 07. The Oden-Durant freshman season was all about the tank, with Rondo working his way to start over Bassy and Delonte being the only bright spot.

The Raptors have a nice starting 5 right now, but they need someone better than Rudy Gay to win in the playoffs. And people complain about Jeff Green...

Kelly Olynyk now plays for the Boston Celtics.  That reduced the the number of hardcore Raptors fans by 25%.

And Anthony Bennett on the Cavs reduced it by another 25 percent. Once Wiggins goes anywhere other than Toronto they are screwed

lol

pushing it Rondo for a bennet combo..lol
Once a CrotorNat always a CROTORNAT  2 times CB draft Champion 2009-2012

Nice to be back!

I would not be shocked if the Celtics end up with a better record than the Raptors this season.

Hahahah and some people say he's the next LeBron and all that nonsense stuff. I got really tired of hearing that name during the offseason, quite honestly.

I'm more interested on someone that will be called as "the Next Larry Bird"  ;)
There will never, never be another Larry Bird.

I don't sweat it.

After all, they did name their team "Raptors". I like raptors,  too, you know. Fearsome creatures.

But they all died.

When do the Raptors unfurl their "2013 Pre-season Champions" banner?

By that logic, the Miami Heat are going to become eleventy -billion-time champions because, you know, global warming.

LOL Raptors care about preseason records?  So idiotic.  And the man has a right to wear his Celtics jersey.  It's not like there's much to cheer for in Raptor-land once the regular season actually starts.

I don't care that the comment was made.....I mean, what else can they really say, especially since that's a raptor season ticket holder event.

Im more upset with the dude for giving in and taking off the green :-X
