No big deal. He's being funny because we are doing it tough- if you cant handle a bit of ribbing when your team stinks then you're looking at it the wrong way
Teams like us, the Lakers and even tye Knicks always get tortured by opposing fanbases because we are used to being successful in sports.
in the Celtics and Lakers case...we are the best franchise ever and human beings have a knack for kicking other humans while they're down.
It's a good motivator for us when the ceo of a chump squad like that is putting us out to dry.
Imagine what those poor Raptors fans have had to deal with wince McGrady and Vince left. Just painful.

I wonder if the Raptors CEO would take a wager on which franchise will win a championship first from this season onward?
